1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using mega402 ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

mega402 provides OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) search tools and API access for legitimate research, security analysis, and investigative purposes. The Service requires users to hold at least 1 token to access premium features.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not use the Service to harm, harass, or violate the privacy of others
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
  • Not resell, redistribute, or misuse API access
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your API keys
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

4. WALLET CONNECTION & AUTHENTICATION

Access to the portal requires connecting a Web3 wallet containing at least 1 of the required token. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. We never store or have access to your private keys.

5. API USAGE & RATE LIMITS

API access is subject to:

  • Rate limits as specified in your API key settings
  • Fair use policies to ensure service availability
  • Immediate revocation if terms are violated

6. DATA & PRIVACY

We collect minimal data necessary to provide the Service, including wallet addresses, search queries, and API usage statistics. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may NOT use the Service to:

  • Engage in illegal activities or fraud
  • Stalk, harass, or threaten individuals
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Conduct automated scraping or denial-of-service attacks
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the Service

8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

mega402 is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
